Rachel Allen releases balloons to support YSI child labour project
Celebrity chef, Rachel Allen, helped the YSI students from St. Aloysius College, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork highlight their Child Labour Day, organised as part of their YSI project, by releasing hundreds of brightly coloured balloons into the sky symbolising children being freed from their employers.
