Elle’s idea is to design a hand sanitiser bracelet, allowing people to carry a small supply of hand sanitiser with them at all times, ensuring they can keep their hands clean even when hand washing facilities aren’t available.

It isn’t always possible to maintain good hand hygiene when making essential trips or when working, and so having a supply of sanitiser on your person would make it a lot easier. Carrying that supply neatly on your wrist would mean you don’t even have to remember to bring sanitiser with you, you’re already wearing it!

The bracelet would be made of rubber so as to stretch to fit any size wrist, with a small container inset, from which sanitiser can be easily dispensed and refilled when necessary.

Making the bracelets affordable is important to Elle, as that way they will be accessible to more people.

Elle would like to help stop the spread of Coronavirus, and is conscious that hand hygiene is one of the most important things when it comes to halting the spread. This led her to her idea of the bracelet, giving people an immediate and convenient supply to carry on their person when out of the house.
