Roisin, 16, Dublin

Roisin was finding her time at home during lockdown boring, and she thought it must be the same for a lot of people her age. So she decided to do something to keep herself busy, that she would learn from too.

She created a learning website where visitors can learn about geography, a subject she is very interested in. It contains information on all the countries of the world, counties of Ireland, England and the USA. 

Roisin has also  linked various learning resources on the website, so visitors can test their knowledge once they have learned something new, like songs, mnemonics and quizzes.

She hopes her site will help people looking for something to do and give them the opportunity to learn something new at the same time.
